Independent annual audits how CWF manages its resources

CWF is currently in its start-up phase and has not yet completed a full financial year. An annual audit would therefore not yet provide a meaningful or complete view of the Foundation’s financial position, governance or activities.

The first Annual Audit will be prepared after the close of CWF’s first full financial year and will be published in 2027, following completion of the annual financial statements and the applicable review or audit procedures.

Until then, CWF will continue to provide transparency through its Open Ledger, public records and other periodic disclosures.
