CWF is governed through a clear two-tier structure that separates executive responsibility from independent supervision. The Executive Board is responsible for strategy, organisational development and day-to-day management, while the Supervisory Board provides independent oversight, safeguards the Foundation’s mission and integrity, and advises on key strategic and governance matters.
This structure is designed to support accountable decision-making, balanced leadership and long-term continuity.
